We had our best competition to date! We finished 8th in Pork, 6th in Brisket and 4th in Chicken.  We were up against some very seasoned teams and actually beat a few.  We struggled a bit with our ribs so its back to the smoker to figure out a new plan. 

This was it for the year so we will check back in with you next Spring when we hit the BBQ trail again!
