Hello everyone, we are looking forward to our next competition in Dothan Alabama, May 15th and 16th.  We are competing in all 4 categories, Pork, Ribs, Brisket and Chicken.  We will take plenty of pics and let you know how we do.  In the last few weeks we have spent a lot of time doing practice cooks to get our timing down.  We even did a whole hog, check out the pics on the website.  It turned out great and we will do it again before the summer is over.
